Strawberry Horseradish Dip
A sweet hors d'oeuvre with a subtle kick of that horseradish heat :)
You can use original horseradish or use cranberry horseradish for extra sweetness and color. We used cranberry horseradish this time around and it was delicious!
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons horseradish
2 pints strawberries or other fruit or crackers (we used strawberries and bagel crisps)
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and horseradish. Serve with fruit and crackers.
