Horseradish Chicken Salad

Left over roast chicken from last night’s dinner? Make chicken salad! And add a bit of your favorite Holy Schmitt’s Horseradish variety to your chicken salad recipe to give it an extra kick. Here’s one of our favorite chicken salad recipes. 

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded 
2 stalks of celery, chopped 
1/2 cup mayonnaise (a little more if it seems dry)
4 tablespoons Holy Schmitt’s Horseradish (original, cranberry or mustard variety depending on the flavor you’d like. Add a little more or less depending on you’re desired kick of Horseradish)
Salt & pepper to taste 

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
